Who We Are…
Karan Pohl
Running a business is exciting — and demanding. At times, it can feel like you’re steering through uncharted waters, with too many numbers, not enough clarity, and no clear horizon in sight.
That is why I founded Wayfinder Financial Solutions. My goal is simple: to help business owners cut through financial complexity, understand what their numbers are really telling them, and move forward with greater confidence.
Over the past 25 years, I’ve worked across auditing, banking, and financial leadership roles, including more than a decade leading finance within a complex, multi-entity hospitality business spanning charter operations, catering, retail, and real estate. Along the way, I also gained first-hand experience with EOS®, helping lead the finance function as the company implemented scorecards, rocks, and Level 10 meetings.
Those experiences shaped the way I work today. Now, I bring that same clarity, structure, and practical support to tour, activity, and hospitality operators who want to spend less time buried in spreadsheets and more time building a stronger business — and doing more of the work they love.
