Running a business is exciting — and demanding. At times, it can feel like you’re steering through uncharted waters, with too many numbers, not enough clarity, and no clear horizon in sight.
That’s why I founded Wayfinder Financial Solutions. My goal is simple: help small business owners cut through the financial complexity, understand their numbers, and feel confident in their next move.
Over the past twenty years, I’ve worked across auditing, banking, and a multi-entity family-owned business in the restaurant, catering, and charter boat industry. That journey gave me a 360-degree view of how strong financial management supports growth and resilience at every stage of a business. During that time, I also gained experience operating within the EOS® framework, leading the finance function as the company adopted scorecards, rocks, and L10-style meetings.
These experiences together shaped the way I work today. Now, I bring that same clarity to hospitality business owners who want to spend less time buried in spreadsheets — and more time doing the work they love.
